Actually, you can do all of the above, without lifting a finger: with the premium service of Gamper Limousines.

We already rounded up Austria‘s most stunning castles in a premium tour, just for you, to (literally) get you going.

„Schloss Hof“ – exceptional in every way
Castle Hof is one of the oldest preserved manors and the biggest castle complex in the country. Follow into the footsteps of Prince Eugene of Savoy, Maria Theresia and Joseph II and explore the underground cellar vaults, the state rooms, the stables or the baroque orangery, where you can also taste rare fruits and vegetables.

„Schloss Eckartsau“ – hunting lodge with world history
Castle Eckartsau was the last residence of Emperor Karl and Zita in Austria and (still is) a magnificient imperial hunting lodge. With its proximity to Vienna and Bratislava it is considered a hidden gem in the National Park „Danube-Auen.

„Schloss Orth“ – where nature and culture meet
Castle Orth is more than just a medieval water castle and museum at the Danube. First documented mentions of the castle reach back over 700 years! In the 19th century it was also the central administrative headquarters of the Habsburg castles in Marchfeld. Remnants of its glory are still preserved today and worth a visit.

„Schloss Halbturn“ – a bohemian hotspot for arts and crafts
Castle Halbturn has a long history of good and bad times to tell. Miracles and stories you usually only see in Hollywood movies: like a big fire in 1949 which destroyed everything but the most valuable possession: a magnificent fresco by the famous painter Franz A. Maulbertsch. Today, the rebuilt castle enchants its visitors with a diversified program of art, culture, wine and culinary.
